Mystery Shopper Registration

 

If you are interested in becoming a mystery shopper, this section is for you. Read instructions below.

Subject: FMS Registration - YOUR NAME

 

Instructions - 5 simple steps!

1. Right mouse click the link below and select "Save Target As." or  "Save Link As."  Follow prompts to save the file to your location (Desktop), taking care to recognize where you saved the Excel file. You may then open it within Microsoft Excel to fill it in. Click here to download registration form
2. Once the form has been completed, save the file and make note of the location you have saved it to.
3. Open up your email client (Microsoft Outlook, Hotmail, Gmail etc) and create a new email with the subject, 'FMS Registration - YOUR NAME'.
4. Finally attach the completed form to the email and send it to us at barbaral@feedbackmysteryshopping.com
5. Completed... We look forward to hearing from you!
   

   Please note we only accept registration using the excel form provided.

In order to best match your profile to our current and upcoming projects could you please complete as many relevant fields as possible in the attached document and email it back to us.

We will input your details into the computer and dependant on the match of profile and location we will notify you if any opportunities come up in your area. 

The rate of pay is based on our client’s requirements. You are not expected to go out of your way to conduct visits you should fit them around your daily routine. The remuneration for each visit is based on this premise. Payment varies depending on the product or service being evaluated.  By its nature mystery Shopping is not a full time profession it is periodical work and would not replace an income.
